This
10.0M x 5.0M Commercial swimming Pool facility in Leamington
Spa needed careful consideration on design, to complement a
naval theme to this Health Club. The pool was constructed in
an existing Victorian building believed to be one of the first
racquet ball courts in the UK. Planning restraints had to be
carefully encompassed to complete this project. The distribution
ducting was designed to fit as part of the ship design and murals.
The project includes a unique waterfall Spa, Sauna and Steam
Room, to compliment the main pool. The pool features a level
deck overflow system with balance tank, underwater lighting,
automatic Ozone system, automatic fresh air environmental control
with heat recovery. The pool floor motif is a period compass
rose facing magnetic north. |

fibreoptic lighting. The pool features an automatic safety cover,
swimjet exerciser, cage of safety diving, automatic cleaning,
automatic chemical control, subtle dichloric underwater lighting,
full fresh air environmental control with heat recovery and
automatic energy saving set back when pool is not in use. A
matching hydrotherapy Spa complements the pool installation. |
